Privacy notice
This notice explains how Utilityfieldcore handles personal information when you enquire, commission a pack, or visit the website.
Data controller
Utilityfieldcore, 10 Leicester Road, Austonley, HD7 0PG, United Kingdom, is the controller. Email hello@utilityfieldcore.click. Telephone 07015748185.
What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email, optional site count, optional call window, the work you selected, and the message. From an engagement: names of your nominated contacts, telephone numbers, site addresses, and the contents of invoices and plant notes insofar as they identify people (for example a caretaker named on a heating clock). From the website: the cookie choice described on the cookies page.
Purposes and lawful bases
We reply to enquiries and perform the contract for a pack (contract and legitimate interests in running a reporting practice). We keep issued packs and the materials behind them so we can answer later questions about a named year (legitimate interests, and legal claims). We do not sell lists.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after 18 months unless you ask us to keep a site list for a later year. Engagement files, including invoices you sent, are kept for seven years after the final invoice, which matches how long finance committees usually reopen a year. Cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear storage.
Processors
Email and file storage may be handled by professional hosts in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. If a printer is used for a posted pack, they receive only the address and the files to print.
International transfers
We do not seek to transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom. If a host relies on a transfer mechanism, we will name it here and use the UK addendum or adequacy regulations then in force.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Where a request would empty a pack of the meter evidence a committee still relies on, we will explain what we can remove without falsifying the issued year.
Children
We do not seek information from children. School packs concern buildings and staff contacts, not pupils’ names.
