Terms of engagement
These terms apply when you ask Utilityfieldcore to prepare a report, walkthrough, tracking review or occupant pack.
Acceptance
A quote sent by email from hello@utilityfieldcore.click, accepted in writing (including a clear email), forms the engagement. Sending invoices or photographs before acceptance does not oblige us to begin charged work, though we may store them until you ask us to delete them.
The work
We prepare written energy usage reporting and sustainability tracking documents, and we attend sites when a walkthrough is in the quote. We do not sell software, hosted charting, or a continuing login. Statutory certificates are outside these terms unless a separate assessor is named in the quote.
Your materials
You warrant that you may share the invoices, plans and photographs you send. You remain responsible for obtaining landlord permission for plant-room access. Missing months will be labelled as missing or estimated; you may not require us to present them as actual reads.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you may use the issued pack inside your organisation, including board papers and occupant noticeboards. You may not resell the pack, remove our version line, or present charts as if they were prepared by another practice. Working files, unused draft charts and internal checklists remain ours.
Liability
The pack is a reading of the materials you supplied and the plant we were shown. It is not an audit opinion, a guarantee of future bills, or advice to switch supplier. Our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where the law of the United Kingdom does not allow a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud).
Confidentiality
We keep meter serials, invoices and occupancy notes confidential, and we do not use client buildings as marketing case studies without written permission. The client stories on this site are anonymised as to organisation name except where a role is generic.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, the practice being established in the United Kingdom at 10 Leicester Road, Austonley, HD7 0PG, United Kingdom.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future engagements. The version linked on the quote date applies to that pack. Questions: hello@utilityfieldcore.click or 07015748185.
